From obtaining permits to footings and foundation work and though the entire building process, we have the knowledge, the skill, and the resources to build you the perfect home for you and your family.
There will be a foreman (for footings/foundations) and/or a supervisor at your job site, each and every day. Owner Yoav Debsc also personally oversees all jobs to make sure that every last detail is exactly as you want it.
We are licensed as a general building contractor and general engineering contractor and for concrete related services. We are also bonded and insured for general liability and workman’s comp. From the very beginning, we are careful to be clear about budget items and time line and agree upon everything up front – and in writing. Once construction is underway, we regularly communicate with you via email, even sending pictures to show you exactly what we’re talking about when necessary. We also encourage at on-site meetings least once a week with you, so you are fully apprised of our progress. Finally, when challenges arise or unanticipated issues crop up, we make sure you are informed, in writing, and agree to any changes, again in writing. The bottom line is that there are no surprises, thanks to crystal clear communication!
